To ensure the benefits of our customers,for 12 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge.
If any spare part gets a break down during warranty period the same will be supplied free of charge by exporter for maintaining warranty at their end. If by any chance the product is not repairable the same will be sent back for repair. Freight one side will be paid by importer and one side by exporter. The repair circuit diagram has to be provided to importer. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, we can send you replacement or make a full refund.Products showing abuse, misuse, alteration or lightning strikes may not be repaired or replaced under warranty
In the event that a product requires repair after one year from receipt of order, HUFU ELECTRONIC CO.,LTD will assist in having items repaired by our technician. Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling
